The Embodied Teen
a series of classes that aim to empower teens through self-attunement and somatic practices.
Starting this fall, I’m excited to offer a transformative semester-long program designed to support teens in building self-awareness, resilience, and emotional clarity through mindfulness and somatic practices. Rooted in the same principles as my Embodied Pre-teen and Teen Mindfulness classes and day retreats, this extended offering provides a safe and compassionate space for teens to explore tools that help ease anxiety, increase confidence, and foster deeper connections with themselves and others.
Over the 8 weeks, we’ll explore topics such as body awareness, emotional regulation, and the nervous system, using experiential practices like breathwork, movement, art, and journaling. Whether your teen is seeking calm, connection, or simply a space to be themselves, this program offers an empowering path forward. Enrollment opens in July—join the waitlist to stay up to date!
